What information is processed
When registering through Telegram or MAX, we also process the contact phone number you provide in international format and its numbering country. The phone is used as an account contact, not for advertising. Format checks and messenger account verification do not establish ownership of the entered number. Email registration does not require a phone number.
After verified registration, we receive a Telegram/MAX identifier or verified email address, depending on the method chosen; information about projects, permissions and usage; and records you choose to save. Necessary technical cookies and service records protect sign-in.
Why we process data
To create your account, open the right memory project, protect against unauthorized access, perform the contract and handle requests. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
Who else may receive data
An AI you connect may receive data from the selected project within the permission granted. Telegram, MAX and the email provider process sign-in confirmations under their own rules. Other AIs do not receive access automatically.
Storage
Information is stored in the service's infrastructure. Localization of the initial collection of Russian citizens' personal data, external transfers, backups and deletion must be separately checked and documented before the service is openly provided in Russia. We do not claim absolute security.
Your rights
You may request information about yourself, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. Send a written request to the controller's address listed in the business details. The law may require some information to be retained for a specified period.
Separate consent
Consent to data processing is given using a separate checkbox. Also see the necessary cookie rules.
Support requests and team replies are stored separately from project memory: for up to 180 days without changes, with backups retained for up to 30 days. The form without sign-in uses a separate secure cookie lasting 30 days. Automatic suggestions come only from MAGLA's public help information.
