How to use MAGLA Memory

Sign in to your memory, connect your usual AI and continue working across chats. This guide walks you through the main screens.

1. Sign in to MAGLA Memory

Open the sign-in page and choose an available verification method. If you already have an account, use the method you registered with. The screen shows which options are available.

Open your account ↗First sign-in ↗

2. Open My Memory

Find My Memory in your account. The card shows your project name. If there are no projects, the interface shows a Create Memory button. Select it and follow the registration instructions.

Use the name on the card when you talk to your AI.

3. Connect your AI

In the project card, select Connect AI to Memory. The connection guide lets you choose a service and walks you through its screens. Allow access only to the memory you want to work with.

Connection depends on the service, your account and the features available to it. You may need to enable the connector in each new chat.

Open the connection guide ↗

4. Start a task with your connected AI

Make sure MAGLA Memory is selected in the current chat. Then use ordinary language to ask your assistant. Replace the project name in the examples below with your own.

Use MAGLA Memory while we work on this task. Use the memory of my project named Project Name.

5. Save the result of a stage

After completing part of the work, ask your assistant to save the result through the service.

Save the result of this stage through MAGLA Memory in the project named Project Name. Tell me whether saving succeeded.

If the connection reports an error, return to the connection guide or contact support. Do not consider saving complete until the error is resolved.

6. Continue in a new chat

Open a new conversation and enable MAGLA Memory if your client requires it. Specify the same project memory.

Open MAGLA Memory for the project named Project Name and continue my task.

If you use another AI, first connect it to the same memory using its supported connection method.

Memory is connected but the task does not resume: what to check

In a new chat, the AI asks again about a task you have already discussed. Before repeating the conversation, check the connection and selected project.

Open your MAGLA Memory account and the My Memory section. Compare the project name on the card with the name you used in the conversation. To continue, you need the same project where you saved the result.

Check whether MAGLA Memory is available in the current chat. Some clients require you to enable it for each conversation. If you switch to another AI, connect that AI to your memory too. Use Connect AI to Memory in the project card and follow the guide. Availability depends on your client and account.

Check how saving ended in the previous conversation. If an error appeared, saving is not confirmed. An AI response to your request does not by itself confirm that the service completed it. Automatic transfer of your entire previous conversation is not promised.

If the task needs a document, check access to its current version. Provide the file separately if it is unavailable in the new chat or has changed since saving. Continuing through project memory does not itself guarantee access to the original file.

After these checks, ask the AI to open MAGLA Memory for the right project and continue the specific task. Compare its response with the last result you saved. If it starts over or reports an error, open support: https://magla.ru/ru/support

Describe which AI you use, where you stopped and what is on screen. Do not send passwords, verification codes or secret keys.
